Animation
The challenge was to explain how a rent to rent agreement would work for a landlord in a simple engaging way. We scripted the animation around key questions the target audience would ask. Then we came up with scenarios and examples, then came the animations themselves.
Since launch, the animation has received overwhelmingly positive feedback and has been a key factor in converting interest.

Assured Rents Website Build
Table8media where commissioned to build the website and design the branding. We carried out competitor research, captured functional requirements and delivered the website within the agreed timescale. The website is the centre-piece of the Assured Rents brand and showcases the service offering in an aesthetically pleasing way.
